Awesome for getaway weekend and possible longer
Awesome and comfy beds, very cozy slope roof windows, good connection to city center (15 minutes with S-Bahn). The terrace is the absolute winner, nice view of surrounding areas and great spot for late night glass of wine during summer. Great fitout of the appartment, fully equipped kitchen with all utinesils, bath AND shower.
Very small parking, problem for a bigger car but that's not the problem of the hotel/residences but Vienna parking in general. Be prepared to figure out smart parking moves if coming by bigger car. That is probably the only thing in this great apartment hotel.

Exceptional
Very good, comfortable, spacious apartment. It is situated in Florisdorf, but it is just a 5-minute walk to metro station and several supermarkets. What we liked most are big terrace; comfortable mattress on the bed; separate bathroom and toilet. It is costly, but it is worth all the money. Besides, for Vienna, it is reasonable. We are thankful to our host for great support and unforgettable stay in Vienna. Oleksandr, Ukraine ????????
